NEWSTAR LED's WS2815 RGB LED Strips is similar to the WS2813 but powered by DC12V. 12V WS2815 Waterproof LED Strips is continuous breakpoint transmission which means if one LED stops working the data signal continues and the rest of the strip will still light up as usual thanks to a backup data signal.
